Tom Yum Handmade Noodle Soup at 630 Vegetarian — Eien's Review (Jun 28, 2020)

The normal dish comes with mockmeat. They would change it to mushrooms foc for you. Making it more well-balanced in terms of protein and sodium intake. Tastes wayy better as well. The broth is the best tom yum broth I have had apart from an authentic thai restaurant. And as their noodles are handmade, its really springy just like la mian. Its rather spicy though. One of the rare vegan noodle soups in Singapore for spice lovers!
