I used Borg's shortcrust pastry to make this vegan quiche. It is an established Australian brand since 1960. It is stated suitable for vegans, trans fat free and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

💓 How's the crust? 😋
✔ easy to manage.
✔ neutral taste, suitable for both sweet or savoury fillings.
✔ I used tofu to make the fillings, add black salt to create eggy flavour and nutritional yeast for cheesy taste. Mocked ham can be added to make quiche Lorraine or add spinach to turn into quiche Florentine.
