
I don't eat a lot of pasta but I do occasionally eat it once in a while. When it comes to pasta I do love the red lentil pasta from Whole Foods. For me bean pastas are great because it's a complex carbohydrate. I find red lentil has the best texture and flavor compared to traditional wheat pasta. Organic is important because conventional lentils score high in glyphosate. What is also great about this specific brand is that the only ingredient is just red lentils. There is no filler, no emulsifiers, no xantham gum. It's so darn tasty!
