Blue butterfly pea flowers by Urban PlatterMitsu's Review (Jun 21, 2020)

These are just dried flowers which I use to make tea. The taste is earthy and the colour is a lovely blue. These flowers are native to Thailand and India, are said to have incredible health benefits and a relaxing effect on the body. They also often grow randomly in several places. People usually buy dried flowers if they don’t have a tree near them. At ₹425 for 40gms, it’s quite steep for just dried flowers. Would prefer if it didn’t come in a plastic jar to reduce waste. (Not everyone wants several plastic jars of tea containers once they’re empty) Since these are just flowers for tea or to use in baking, they can definitely and should be sold in compostable packaging.
