Crispy soy strips, caponata & mashed potatoes with olives at Roots Kitchen — Henna's Review (Jun 17, 2020)

A reeeally filling lunch as I expected. The soy strips were super, and all the flavours worked well together. Served with hummus (only when you ask for a vegan option, the reason not to give 5 stars is the cow cheese thing they'd put otherwise..) Oh and it also has roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. 😋
