What was the hardest thing to let go switching to a #plantbased diet? I would say #sushibowls. However, with these Hawaiian #bowls I feel there is nothing left to miss! They are #fresh #deliciousandnutritious and of course #vegan. I composed my own bowl with a mix of #protein from the #tofu and the #edamame, carbs from the veggies (and the #quinoa under them) and #healthy fats from the sauces, so it is easy to have a perfectly #simplybalanced meal! There is also the option to choose from a variety of possibilities on the menu, both for onnivore and vegans.

Really? I thought cheese and cakes were the hardest. You can make vegan sushi bowls

When I was vegetarian I did try to avoid cheese for a period after I found out that they use rennet from slaughtered calves, but found it too difficult especially at social gatherings when they wanna eat pizza. Did not know (and did not want to know) that the whole dairy industry itself is extremely cruel in the first place
