Interesting! This tastes more like tea than coffee. I didn’t like it plain so I added some coconut creamer & raw coconut sugar which helped a bit. The flavor grew on me as I drank my cup. It also made me focused and energized without the coffee-jitters which was very nice. I would drink this again, and maybe do half soy milk half water to make it more creamy!
