Did not expect this to taste so good! It’s amazing. Really quick to cook - under 8 mins, high in protein and has lovely springy texture. Cooked in veg broth using teaspoon of (garlic and ginger) hainanese style #noodles #explorefoods. Served with some Mangetout and Tomato
