This is vegan haute cuisine! My absolute favorite in Amsterdam. I eat here at least once every time I am in Amsterdam. Super-friendly staff, not pretentious and the food creations are always beautifully presented. DEFINITELY eat here! 🤩👌

peterv50 @choyyuen If I recall correctly, the first photo posted is actually the dessert. Bkled plum with coconut cream & sweet honeycomb (not made of honey!). I’ve had so many dishes here and their menu changes weekly. So, I don’t remember everything in the photos now. Sorry! 🌱😞🌱Reply
