Vegan Kapsalon at Waku Waku — Kate Mingay's Review (May 31, 2020)

This is a really tasty fresh take on the kapsalon. It has nice fresh salad on top, with some vegan cheese, some vegan "duck", on a bed of sweet potato fries. The "duck" had a great flavour and texture. It is also a large serving size. Highly recommend!
