Review of The P. Cole at Sweetpea Baking Co. by pdxveg
This consisted of hot sliced seitan, chopped pickle, red onion, tomato, and cashew cheese with house-made remoulade on grilled ciabatta, served with a balsamic spinach and carrot salad. It was packed with a generous amount of satisfying plant-based protein that was complemented by the delicious cashew cheese, veggies and condiments.
