Review of Silk Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative - Silk by pamjah

I've used it to make "cream of" soups. So far i've made broccoli, asparagus and tomato basil (pictured). I didn't taste anything but the ingredients i used and the 3 other people who ate each soup agreed. I'm loving this stuff!
