I have to caveat this by saying that I don't like the vast majority of vegan cheeses, so for me to even think something is meh is quite a win. That being said, this was inoffensive tasting but just nothing like the texture or taste of halloumi. I'd say it was actually more similar to a brie once I'd grilled it. It was creamy and mild. The smell was pretty strong, and in my opinion, quite off-putting.
