Xing Zhou Bee Hoon at Tanaka Vegetarian — Ho Qian Yu's Review (May 24, 2020)

Decent amount of wok hey, and the bee hoon's texture held up well and remained springy! Quite a variety of ingredients with both vegetables and mock meat, but remember to exclude eggs to veganise!
