Review of Vegan Ramen at Burgreens Mall of Indonesia by ndyct
It’s spicy 🌶 and I personally don’t like spicy things. It’s super yummy regardless though. The noodle is shiratake noodle I think, which is why it’s white and a bit harder than normal noodles.

And for the noodle if you want the same, do request the gluten-free noodles. Actually the noodle is Lontar noodle or from palm fruit.
