Review of Apple pie at JD Tipler by beccajanebaking

Being from a wee country area, vegan dishes are hard to come by.

Tipler's has decided to change that. They have vegan starters, mains and even a dessert! If you're familiar with country living...you'll realise a miracle when you see one.

This apple pie with CARAMEL SAUCE was so tasty. So so tasty. It's such a simple dish but having an option in an restaurant that is not a fruit salad is fab. The caramel sauce was I think done with coconut cream as there was a slight hint of coconut to it but I ate every bite and used my spoon to scrap up every last bit.

My only issue with this dessert is there was not enough of it - as you can see the slice is a bit small, or maybe I'm just greedy? But I will be back again after lockdown for more.
