Creamy Vegetable Paitan at Alkaline — Amy's Review (May 20, 2020)

This is their vegan ramen bowl made with mushroom broth and rice noodles. It comes with an assembly of veggies, scallions, and pickled ginger. They have a vegan menu that you’ll need to ask for since the vegan options are not clearly defined on the regular menu. This bowl normally would come with a non vegan noodle and an egg. I also order plain tater tots and their green bean salad for an app. Very cool atmosphere, and great staff.
