Coconut Ice Cream With Mango at Coco Mama Coconut Ice Cream — aimeesumo's Review (May 19, 2020)

I think about this dessert a lot. The ice cream had a great texture and coconut flavour and the juicy mango complemented it perfectly. The toasty rice on top added a nice crunch. Also love that it was served in a coconut bowl. Perfect to enjoy on the beach. Pic taken a year ago while backpacking around the Philippines 🇵🇭
