Chik’n And Waffle Mac & Cheese Bowl with Avocado at Avocadamama — pdxveg's Review (May 18, 2020)

This consisted of their own almond milk-based cheese over rigatoni with vegan chicken in an edible waffle bowl, topped with green onions and a maple glaze. A great veganized versions of a comfort food dish. The chik’n was a delicious and convincing stand-in for the bird-derived meat.
