Review of Chickpea flour - Nature's Choice by maesti

Not the cheapest brand around in South Africa but always good quality. I use chickpea flour a lot. Part of tonight's supper will be courgette (baby marrows) fritters which are basically grated courgettes and seasonings and chickpea flour, mix up and pan fry. #pigsnpaws
