Review of Amy’s Organic Soups Vegetable Barley - Amy’s by curvycarbivore

Bland & boring but hearty soup. The barley is a little chewy but it has a decent amount of veggies. I love that there’s only 180 calories in the whole can, but I’ve definitely had better veggie soups before. Good if you want a low-cal easy lunch! It also easy to customize the flavor since it’s so bland. I added some curry paste & cayenne pepper which gave it a kick.
