Coconut milk, pretty bog standard and does the job. Nothing to do with high street M&S lol. I used this with a vegetarian laksa paste, which worked a treat. End result is the second image (I added sambal belacan which I can never resist, so strictly not vegan :( )

A taste you crave only lingers in your mouth for that fleeting moment of a few seconds, but it costs the life of Nature's creatures (animals) who are sentient and wish to live life. Many neglect this but marine/aquatic beings are still animals.
