Review of Empanada A at Epif by pdxveg

This one was filled with oven roasted sweet potatoes, garlic, onion, olives, and nutritional yeast cream (nut free). Enjoyed with Ají Verde Salsa: green chile peppers, cilantro, tofu, lime, olive oil. It was delicious.
