Now this daiya cheese wasn’t the main part for this meal, but it made it so much more delicious! I made Spanish rice, meat crumbles, the tops of the peppers, onions, crushed tomatoes and many spices all mixed together then my husband smoked them and it was amazing! Definitely recommend a good stuffed pepper!
