I almost finished the product before taking a picture for reviewing. This is simply amazing, it is the closest plant based product to smoked speck. It is a little bit expensive, but totally worth it. If you are vegan or you want to invite your friends for dinner, you need to try this.
The texture is hard like ham, it goes well with a toasted sandwich and olive oil.
In Italy they really know how to do these kind of products, it is a pity that they are not well known.
