Absolutely love it as a daily topping for rice or even just on its own! Seaweed is super nutrient-dense and contains an abundance of healthy micronutrients like iodine and tyrosine (a type of amino acid) which can help omit the catching of thyroid disease; it’s also super rich in fibre, allowing your lymphatic system & blood to be effortlessly detoxed while enjoying a crisp, fluffy snack! Seaweed also contains a bunch of nutrients like omega-3, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B12 that many vegan eaters may find challenging to obtain as those are usually found in fishes, which vegans opt to avoid, so seaweed alleviate all the stress of having not enough of those nutrients for you vegan eaters out there!
