Review of Original Flower Bowl at Project Açaí by erl

Absolutely loved the freshness of the fruit — did not taste any tartness! Also, love the flexibility of the restaurant that you can ask to switch the normal granola topping to vegan alternatives. The presentation is, as one can probably tell from the image, a super creative flower-like plating from the position of the bananas to the criss-cross cutting of the grape (& definitely IG worthy!!). The portion is just right for the price: not too little and not so much that you feel extremely full & overwhelmed after consumption. Certainly an ideal go-to ‘summer-themed’ and ‘summer-flavoured’ snack for EVERYONE (vegans and non-vegans alike)!!
