They used tofu instead of egg and used seaweed to imitate the oyster taste. They used too little seaweed though. And the dish was inconsistent. Some parts of it had an oyster fragrance while other parts just tasted like tofu. Can’t really tell from the photo but the amount given was pretty generous.
