It's a very light yellow nutritional yeast that smells sooooo nutty. I love it. I think they put a lot of effort into making it cheese like. But it doesn't smell like cheese (which I hate). They sell in bulk, I have I guess 5 or 6 more bags in the pantry 😅 Absolutely the best nutritional yeast ever.
