Review of Inside Out Tamale Bowl at Daily Fuel PDX by pdxveg

This was creative, delicious, and healthy. It consisted of grilled polenta with green hatch chilies, spiced and slow-cooked black beans, fire roasted chipotle and garlic sauteed mushrooms, shredded purple and green cabbage, seasoned and braised jackfruit, cilantro and lime crème, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, and hemp seeds.
