Review of Vegan Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Sandwich - The Pat and Stick Homemade Co. by herbimetal

I don't think I've had an ice cream sandwich since becoming vegan! This was pretty yummy but too sweet. I would be able to taste the flavour better if it were less sweet and I had to wash it down with water. Nice caramel flavour with pecans inside. The sandwich was kinda soft and soggy. I'm not sure if that's cos I brought it home around 30 mins out of the freezer before eating it another day. For $8 though it's really expensive.
