Vegan lasagna is difficult to find in Italy. I spent over two months traveling around Italy, and this was the only vegan lasagana that I ate. It was incredible! Vegan cheese can be a hit or a miss for me. The vegan cheese at Dolce Vegan is amazing. I am a vegan travel blogger.
