Mung Beans Pancakes

Jones The Grocer

Pancakes made from green lentils topped with avocadoes with a side of mango salsa and mint chutney. The pancakes are thin and slightly crispy. I like that. The condiments are slightly sweet but fresh. The side salad is bland with no dressing.
