Review of Açaí bowl at An Acai Affair (Katong) by anjjaliii

This was a make your own bowl and it was pretty darn yummz!

Overall it ended up being a little too sweet for me, probably because I added the mango sorbet, cookie butter and vegan granola (so this is really more on me lol) - all of which were really sweet and generously added to the dish!

I find the portion smaller (my perception might be skewed because it came in a cup instead of a bowl) than it's equivalent price point at other acai places but because of how sweet it was, it was still a little hard for me to finish the whole thing!

I like to kid myself that acai bowls are healthy but this definitely felt like I had a dessert for brunch which if I'm being honest with myself is what I'm getting into every time I eat acai bowls haha. Personally I prefer the acai bowl options that let me live in denial a bit longer 😂😉
