Review of Triple Chocolate Mousse at Rosalinda Restaurant by iolantherhoda
Description: triple chocolate mousse with coconut-date crumble, toasted buckwheat and dulce de coco.
Experience: very very very rich and nutty but slightly overly sweet dessert. Which everything seems of good quality, everything (the drizzle the crumble the mousse) was very sharp and rough, not very smooth and stayed on the tongue for a while. I personally dont like overly sweet stuff and while they used dark coco, they missed out on the chance to bring out the full nuttiness and creaminess because the sweetness was too overpowering. Otherwise, great dish for the sweet tooths out there!
