I used to think that anything with Omega-3 - flax, chia, walnut, sacha inchi - gave vegans all the Omega-3 we need. Not true. Go to NutritionFacts.org n search for DHA. Seems that we mostly get ALA from those sources: not much DHA or APA. To get enough of those we may need algae.

herbimetal @mybellyfats you can buy it online on iHerb. More pricey but gives us the right nutrition. It has loads of vegan stuff including supplements Reply
