Review of Tofu Benedict at Champs Diner by mariajamison

I’m rarely able to find a vegan Benedict on restaurant menus, so this is always such a treat! The flavor is so similar to what I remember eggs Benedict to taste like. The sauce is spot on! My only critique is that I wish they offered different dressings for the side salad (I’m not a fan of the one they serve it with) and that the hash browns were a little crispier/had more flavor - there have been several times I’ve gone and they’ve been a bit soggy/tasteless. The Benedict itself though is INCREDIBLE!!!
