The Vegan Peanut Butter Cupcake is, true to its name, very peanut butter-y, but moist and delicious.

General Melissa review: Baked by Melissa had always been a fave spot of mine as a vegetarian, and I’m so glad they’re increasingly adding vegan options! You’d never know the difference, and I love how the adorable bite-sized cupcakes allow you to try many flavors at once!
