Roasted Butternut Squash at Parklife Restaurant — anjjaliii's Review (Mar 12, 2020)

Had to come back here again! :)

A yummy, pretty dish! The butternut squash is lightly roasted and topped with fried cashews, peanuts, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and herbs. The toppings add a nice crunch to the dish and it has a citrusy, sweet dressing which adds to the flavor. I loved it!
