Review of Temple of Seitan Wings at BrewDog Castlegate by flobadob

Sorry for the worst photo in the world - I tried my bf's wings so the only photo I got was one of my own cauliflower wings with the seitan ones peaking in at the edge lol. Anyway, I'm glad I got tbe cauliflower wings as I still prefer these to the seitan ones. I dont know why...the seitan was nice, I think it just wasnt as crispy as I would have liked due to being coated in the sauce, whereas the cauliflower batter retains some crispness and isn't too strongly flavoured either #huntsabs
