Vegan Sandwich 4: Pan Fried Tofu, Vegan Cheese, And Caramelized Onions & Mushroms at Blue Diamond — Kayla's Review (Mar 4, 2020)

This sandwich comes with exactly what it says in the title — nothing else. The “green salad” could technically be put on the sandwich to make it more substantial, especially since it’s undressed (but they do provide a homemade mayo which is good). The tofu has a nice texture. The mushrooms and onions are decent. The cheese is very questionable and looks more like a sauce than a cheese.
