Review of Banana blossom fish and chips at Harmonium by simplyhan

First time visiting Harmonium, and first time trying out Banana Blossom ‘fish’!

Who knew that this fleshy purple-skinned flower which grows at the end of a banana fruit cluster could be so tasty!

It has a chunky, flaky texture, which makes it an ideal substitute for fish (we leave them in the sea).

Accompanied by tangy tartare sauce and minty mushy peas, this is proper comfort food.

How amazing that nature offers up such fabulous alternatives to killing other creatures simply to line the stomach.
