Strawberry Pistachio at HotCakes Vegetarian Bakery and Cafe — shinghui's Review (Mar 2, 2020)

another birthday cake from hotcakes because my family LOVES their cakes, saying that they don't taste vegan at all. as usual, the cake was soft and moist! love the generous amount of pistachio nuts and strawberry pieces in the cake. however, i wish that there was a stronger pistachio taste because the strawberry was kinda sickly sweet — one that lingers in your throat 🥴. still, we're always satisfied because of how affordable their cakes are.
