Poached Rhubarb, Rhubarb & Rosemary Sorbet at The Gardener's Cottage — Flo Blackbourn's Review (Mar 1, 2020)

This was such a pretty course. The sorbet was so good and the rosemary, which sounded a little unusual to have in a sorbet, really worked. The rhubarb was nicely done and the little flavoured blobs were nice! This was the fourth of four courses of a wedding meal so was the perfect size #willows
