Red Miso Tofu Pasta at Cedele — Gretchen Ong's Review (Feb 29, 2020)

I like this Asian-fusion dish. Cedele really put in effort to create plant-based options for vegan diners. The taste is really good and I like the variety of the vegetables - black fungus, edamame, capsicum, mushrooms and tofu.
