Tofu banh Mi at Root Down — Mallory's Review (Feb 25, 2020)

I didn’t expect much since it was just a grab and go sandwich from the airport but it was ok. The slab of tofu was a bit thick and flavorless, but the bread and veggies were decent. It needed some more mayo and cilantro. #uplandspeak
