Bolina e nozes at Fava Tonka — elisasbook's Review (Feb 19, 2020)

I didn't really like this dish... As I understand, it isn't originally vegan, so they took de cream goat cheese and changed the ice cream in order to veganize it... I feel it is too sweet with the pumpkin cream and slices plus the sweet sorbet .. I wish they would make an original vegan dessert. Such a lovely restaurant, tho...
