I quite enjoyed this! The croissant was a little dry but the “egg” helped with that.
Mushrooms were a nice tough, kinda wish it would have been mixed in with the “egg” too.
The tofu honestly blew my mind. It was so much like egg without the gross taste egg has. Great texture from it too so I’m really happy about that!
I enjoyed the seaweed chips - one of my faves overall!
I hope they have sweet vegan croissants soon!
