The vegan nachos (or Vacon Nachos as they call is) was really nice. It’s loaded with th toppings including cashew cream, salsa, vegan mozzarella, avocado, sweet corn, jalapeños delicious pepperdews. The only thing I would change is melting the cheese more, adding more cashew cream and switching the avo to guacamole. And more jalapeños - but that’s just me 🌶🧀🥑

Agreed...it would feel more nacho-ey if it were spicier, with guac and salsa and maybe the cashew cream on the side...but on the whole really good!
