Kimchi Bao at Eat Chay — m a r i a's Review (Feb 17, 2020)

This kimchi bao really blew me away!! Do not be fooled by the “small” size of this bao - it will fill you up just nice. It’s made with bbq seitan pieces and my absolute fav is how the crispy onions go sooo perfectly with the kimchi. The bao is also steamed till it’s soft and fragrant! 🤍🍥PS: Get the set that comes with 2 baos and a yummy salad on the side
